Something Simple started as a simple idea. We wanted to give our clients all the event and wedding services they needed. We chose to start Something Simple to give those planning events a more streamlined experience. We want our clients to be able to give us a call, the low-down on their event, and never have to worry about anything else. Something Simple is all about making our client’s lives a little easier.

Rachel Murch

I found a passion for event services at an early age. I’ve worked in almost every type of wedding and event field you can imagine, to gain the knowledge and experience I need to make magical days. I’ve achieved a BA from CSU Sacramento, an ABC Wedding Planning Certification, and a Cornell Hospitality Management certificate. I’m currently the board treasurer for the SF Bay Area chapter of WIPA. Weddings are life! I live in an organized and creative world, where every event is an opportunity to make someone’s dream come true, their vision come to life. I’d be delighted to make that happen for you!


Brent Watters

I found my passion in music and events in college, and quickly turned my hobby into a career. I have DJ’ed countless weddings, parties, and all sorts of events.  My past clients include Guy Fieri, Gap, and the San Francisco Yacht Club.  I also have a great time making sure our photo booth rentals go off without a hitch.
